In order to create and serve you what our guests have described as the best steak in the Gold Coast, we firstly need to source quality proteins. All our best steak cuts are Australian, specifically, our tenderloin cuts come from Victoria and our Scotch & Wagyu cuts are sourced locally in Queensland.
To achieve the best steak, the methodology in preparing and cooking our steaks is where we excel. Our custom made grill is what allows us to cook our steaks at the optimum temperature and basting is the key. Our basting is done with a unique recipe of clarified butter, garlic and seasoning and cooked 100% on the grill. Our steaks are then rested which allows the moisture to remain locked in producing the most succulent steaks.
